PERIOD OF JUPITER
Jupiter’s sub-period: Good luck, fine health and status conjugal and domestic bliss and plentiful of everything. Favours and honour from superiors, people of law and religion. Successful hopes and efforts and benefits from vocation. Interest in charitable and benevolent deeds. Son progresses.
Saturn’s sub-period: Acquirements and riches. Simultaneously, there will be tapering off of credit, or partial failure, at the place of work. Sorrow through wife or partner. Vitiation of wind and resultant pain in the limbs, rheumatism etc. Body becomes weaker owing to debauchery and lax habits. Unwanted or unpremediated expenditure Misery because of these troubles. Yet toward the end of sub period, these troubles vanish gradually.
Mercury’s sub-period: Interest in and knowledge of fine arts. Prosperity increases and favours from superiors befall the native. There may be hed onstic tendencies, and indulgences. Yet there will be devotion to God, and resultant happiness, redoubled by the birth of a favoured child in case of the married. There may be vitiation of three humours and lethargy etc.
Ketu’s sub-period: Serious affliction to the partner and in the immediate family. viz. wife and children etc. Separation from children and well wishers .Change of residence may take place. Peril from lower classes. Forsaking of vocation, or menial and tedious work. Inconstancy. Running from pillar to post, and visit to holy places to pray.
Venus’ sub-period: Success in the vocation and resultant prosperity. Gains and acquirements, esp. landed property, in the Taurus or Libra months. Reunion with friends and kins, and general happiness ensues. Congugal and domestic bliss. Devotion to the Guru and God. Festivities and auspicious occasions.
Sun’s sub-period: Accomplishment of work in hand or fruition of acts performed in the past. Gains and honour from people of position or an assembly. Loss of physical strength will be experienced and some malady as per sun’s placement will afflict the native. There may be ill-will because of harsh speech. But these troubles, prove transitory and happiness will ensue.
Moon’s sub-period: By divine grace, the native enjoys prosperity along with his family and acquires comforts. By performing noble deeds, he exhibits his indebtedness to Guru and God and becomes happier by the day on perceiving his tasks coming to fulfilment. Acquirements and gains.
Mar’s sub-period: Onset of maleficence. Loss by unpremediated and unwanted expenditure. Loss of a relative. Suffering from an inflammatory disease. Displacement or failure of work-in-hand.
Rahu’s sub-period: Troubles through fraudulent people, relatives and enemies and loss incurred through them. Numerous bickerings. Sorrow on account of wife. Loss of a family property or possession. Travel to distant places. Mental anguish. Disorders of teeth and blood.
PERIOD OF SATURN
Saturn’s sub-period: Windy complaints and languishing of body. Spleen and intestinal troubles. Enemity with mischievous elements through one’s own actions and through the kindered. Loss of property and wealth. Domestic disharmony and loss of welfare of children and servants/ employees. Some gains involving land, labour or vehicle may accrue, according to the strength of Saturn. Attachment with an older lady. Displacement or estrangement.
Mercury’s sub-period: The native becomes prudent, wiser and righteous. Knowledge in some particular field will increase. Domestic bliss and approbation from superiors.
Children and kins meet with success. Steady income. However, there may be sickness owing to vitiation of three humours.
Ketu’s sub-period: Rheumatic pain in the tight leg, poisonous complaints or vitiation of bile and wind, and the resultant malady. Loss occasioned through the son and troubles through the wife. Quarrels caused by gossips and lower castes.
Venus’ sub-period: Presents, favours and attention from others. Impediments vanish and gains in vocation accrue to the native. Addition to the family is indicated, through marriage. Acquirements of articles of comfort, vehicles etc. Amiable relations with one and all, save one single exception. Conjugal bliss.
Sun’s sub-period: Decline in income. Disease afflicts the body. Even healthy dependents come to sick bed. Native suffers from eye and stomach ailments, hemorrhage of urinary system or intestines, bodyache and mental anxiety. Toward the latter part, there is even danger of demise if malefies hold sway.
Moon’s sub-period: Losses in vocation and of property, which latter causes family disputes. State of moneylessness may require mortgaging or sale of property which may be recovered after great difficulty and lapse of time. Shifting from one place to another, seeking escape. Affliction from dropsy or other diseases.
Mar’s sub-period: Serious strife & enemity. A disaster or disgrace in the family. He wanders from pillar to post and loses money by fraud or theft. Native suffers blame for all ills, is castigated and may be estranged or separated from kins.
Rahu’s sub-period: Distress owing to misunderstandings, conflicts and antagonism, even of foreigners and strangers. Resultant losses. Deviation from the righteous path. Vitiation of wind, nervous affections, skin diseases and insect bites etc. Danger of physical hurts. Long, tedious and pointless travel. Loss of elderly relatives. On the flip side, a benefic Rahu may register some gains in the beginning. Serious illness, however, is a possibility followed by surgery.
