Ayurveda for Older People
The average age of a person is increasing in the 21st century. All over the world, there is an increasing focus on containing the contagious and infectious diseases. But as a result of this old age problems have also become very frequent. The main reasons for the mortality at an old age are respiratory diseases, heart ailments, cancer and mental diseases. Chronic inflammations and degenerative diseases such as arthritis, blood sugar, osteoporosis, Alzheimer’s, depression, Parkinson’s and psychological disorders are also very common.
One of the difficulties in the old age treatment is that there is multiplicity of problems in the old age. Persons suffering from senile dementia, Alzheimer’s depression are not easily diagnosed. Traditional recipes are not successful for such diseases.
In Ayurveda, there is a chemical method which can treat such diseases and give a new life to the patient. This method is especially useful in containing the ailments due to old age. The effectiveness of such methods has been proved scientifically beyond doubt.
